Have you visited John yet? - Yes, I have. / No, I haven't.

 

Has your father phoned school yet? - Yes, he has. / No, he hasn't.

 

Has Sarah gone to school? - Yes, she has. / No, she hasn't.

 

Have they been to London yet? - Yes, they have. / No, they haven't.
